Born in January 1963, I have lived Southern California since I was 10. My parents met in San Clemente and after moving around the country for the first 10 years of my life, with my Father in the Marine Corps, we settled in San Clemente. I earned my Real Estate License at the age of 18 and Started working in the business at 24 after graduating with a BS Degree in Finance from Cal State Fullerton. I love Real Estate and have been blessed to work in this Career for the past 28 years. I have a wife of 21 years (Diane) and we have 2 sons; 1 in High School and 1 in college. I also have 2 large German Shepherds.
I specialize in Residential Real Estate sales, Leasing and Management. From Regular transactions to Short Sales & Repos, I have done it all! I also have completed a large number of Commercial Sales & Leases over the years. I am the Broker/President of Lantern Bay Realty in Dana Point, CA but service all of Orange County and North San Diego County.
